Alana's family tree

Today the infant room hosted a Thanksgiving breakfast and invited the parents to come and hang out for a bit. Ron and I both attended!

We did an art project - here is Miss Cindy painting one of Alana's feet to stamp "leaves" on a tree (we thought doing her hand would be too hard because she still has them clenched most of the time). Then Ron and I added our handprints/leaves in autumnally appropriate colors. It turned out cute! I'll probably frame it and hang it up each fall. :)

AJ update: Not only did she sleep alone in her bassinet from 7:30 pm - 1:30 am without waking up or fussing one bit, but today she slept in her crib at daycare!! We were all so proud of her progress!
