seeds family

this whole move to traverse city was for a new job (err... americorps position). i am helping run an afterschool program for middle school students, which is put on by a local non profit with a mission for sustainable communities. super exciting stuff!

on mondays we have art exploration time, and on the plate today was sculpting, wood burning, and painting! something about this simple family, so close to one another, had me thinking about our own little family (as we like to call it) with us and the kids. though an average of 30 kids is more than a little family!
