The Bookshop

Today was very nice. Woke up and met my friend Tom for coffee at an amazing deli on Hannover Street, before taking a walk around Stockbridge, though the park to dean village and back to the Haymarket by way of the west end. The views across Edinburgh from Inverlieth park are incredible - was annoyed I didn't have my SLR on my though I was glad to be walking without it's weight.

Stopped off at this little 2nd hand book shop on the way to lunch - it was full of amazing signs, such as

"Please don't piss in this doorway, it makes the shop stink. Students 20% off"

and

"Interested in Erotica? Ask at the counter for 'Victorian Architecture'!"

We then had lunch where a very happy Italian man served wraps.

Picked up the new album by 'Bwani Junction' and 'Metals' by Fiest. Started reading 'Case Histories' by Kate Atkinson
