Liquid velvet

Today's the day ...................... to sing with the band

Bit of a treat tonight! We got to do a joint concert with the Kirkby Lonsdale Brass Band - 'we' being the choir that I sing with in Kendal. The concert went well - and I took this shot at the end when they were packing everything up.

They are a very good band with every single one of them able to play a solo part when required. Someone described their sound as being like 'liquid velvet'. I would go along with that ...................
