There he blows

DS1 the lovely R is 5 tomorrow but the party was today. He loved it! Loads of presents and he went straight to sleep under the twinkling lights of the planetarium his one Uncle bought for him.

He did complain that his family had not bought him anything! His family meaning me, hubby and sister. I have kindly and patiently explained for the umpteenth time that his actual birthday is tomorrow and thats when he will get our presents. I am not sure he quite gets it yet. To be fair he is only just getting his head around the difference between school days and weekend days.

Anyway this was the infamous coke-a-cola cake made by a good friend. It was ravaged in about 30 seconds following this shot.
