Not quite the Tour De France, but at least he's not as loathed as a courier might be!

The sight of these Knife-Sharpeners is is a real throwback to when I was a kid back in Ireland and there were still guys going around from door to door, seeing if there was anything that needed sharpening.

Re-cycling in more ways than one and long before it had a name.

Nowadays, of course, we would just throw away blunt knives and replace them w/some cheap-as-chips knives from China.
