Wednesday is the day that the 'Life' magazine comes with the paper. And thanks to James at Workshop e I get to have a read.

Today there was an article about herbs which I thought was great. I decided to cook chermoula to go over fish from the Newtown Fish Market. The chermoula was a paprika, lemon, garlic, olive oil, coriander and parsley combo. Zucchini on the side.
