Vive Le France!

Had a nice catch up with one of my oldest friends this evening. She is a complete Francophile so I suggested a small rustic French Bistro I had noticed on Shandwick place a few weeks ago.

The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, they have a french deli counter as well as racks of french wine and french waiters and chefs. Full of simple french classics, food was delicious! So good in fact that she has booked and paid the deposit on a meal for her fiancees' birthday on Boxing Day.

Not sure if Tartiflette and Tart Tatin count as 'healthy' in my new regime but they were just what was needed in this weather.
