By George!
It's been a long hard week and I'm glad to have made it through to Friday night despite the rainy, blustery weather having arrived just in time to usher in the weekend.
I took a brief detour on my way to the bus stop this evening to grab some shots of St George's Hall. This neoclassical building, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, opened in 1854 and served as a concert hall/theatre as well as housing Liverpool's law courts. These days, following a major renovation job, it's still used for arts and civic events although criminal justice activities now take place elsewhere. There are some great blipping opportunities inside the hall as well but I've been saving them for when it gets really wintry outside!
Have a groovy weekend everyone.
