Poppies in November

Took a walk this morning in the field next to where I live, not been there for a while, but needed some fresh air and to blow the cobwebs away.

To my delight I spotted a splash of colour in the form of these lovely poppies. These were the only poppies I could spot in the whole field and were getting a bit battered by the wind, but where holding on.

I wonder if these are the same as Poppies in October?
