Water, water, everywhere!

Popped into see my Nan and took her out for a spot of lunch, very nice it was too!

On the way home I stopped near a waterfall, but couldn't get close enough for a Blip, so settled on an overflow pipe that was cleary doing its job.

So my aim was to try and get a good shot of the moving water, but I didn't get it right. I had the shutter speed low, which I think was right and played around with the apature, but I was hoping to achive some movement in the water. What am I doing wrong, any ideas?
