the new camera arrives

Following the successful insurance claim, I have a new camera. I enjoyed the Panasonic, so I've upgraded to three models later, the FZ150.

Only just got it out of the box, but I love it already. All the features of the old one, plus new features making the gadgety bits very accessible (and fun!). So I was able to take this shot in the mirror at night, with poor light, by switching (easily) to manual focus (wouldn't focus because of the reflection), and adjusting the shutter to 1 sec (easily). I might even stop just pointing and shooting....

Now I just need to see how it copes with the fungi...
