Resistance
As part of my training for the Tough Mudder, I plan on using resistance bands to help with my strength training and to increase flexibility. We introduced them in pilates last session and I think they could be very useful for stretching the muscles/ligaments in the back of my legs. The different colours represent different thicknesses and resistances.
