Happy turkey day

In my family they keep thanksgiving dinners pretty traditional as you can see: mashed potatoes n gravy, stuffing, peas, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, biscuits, and of course heaping piles of carved turkey. Sometimes I bemoan the lack of creativity, but really, I'm can't complain...I'm too busy digging in!

Another traditional turkey day with my mom's side of the family. Another autumn come and gone. Though I'm anxious to not be here most of the time I come back, I'm also thankful. I am lucky to have a large and caring family. Full belly, full heart. What more can you ask?
