I've missed this

Having been living in a hotel for 3 months I've not had chance to really cook ... It the one thing I really got frustrated with whilst I was away as I find it such a therapy after a day in the office!! Even though I have been back over a week already tonight's the first night I have done some 'proper' cooking ....
