Welsh Slate Walls

Woohoo, the sun came out today!!
We went for a lovely walk in the disused quarry near my brother's house. It's such a beautiful place to walk and work up an appetite for a huge Sunday roast at the pub in Betws-y-Coed.
On the way back from the pub Mr K indulged in a spot of off-roading on the Forestry Commission trails. Bless him, his face does light up when he gets to use all the knobs and dials on the car and set off up the mountains!!
And then the long journey home which was made more bearable by Danny the Champion of the World (which Mr K and I listened to long after the Little Misses were asleep!)
