room with the view

Looking out from our bedroom, across the roof tops down to the harbour. I love living by the sea, the colours change every few minutes. The last 48 hours have been pretty wild here with cold strong gusts howling in. Schull harbour is very sheltered by a series of long, thin islands, which is why it looks just fine this side of the natural barrier, but it'll be blowing a hoolie the other side. I'm quite busy feeding the fire with the left over turkey from Sunday- I know my limitations today!! I'll go for the wild sea blip adventure another day.
