mizzle

A day of heavy mist and mizzle, which meant I finally settled down to start the Hypnobirthing assessment that I need to complete in order to register and practice as a teacher. The course was excellent, the content and philosophy outstanding. I am utterly converted and wish that all women were able and encouraged to attend a course. Empowering a couple to replace fear with the most positive, safe, deeply relaxed, gentle birth possible for them should be a human right and every midwife, doula, doctor and birth attendant should have to attend this course! Hypnobirthing mums have reclaimed calm and in many instances pain free birth. I thoroughly recommend anyone you love who is pregnant to look into it.
