I had 10mins to find a blip today in the fading light and I was restricted to the work garden.
This is the pile of rubbish I came up with!

A wet grey day.

Back at the dr this morning - I should get my own chair!
As I am feeling better she has decided to stop the anti sickness tablets and go back to my original dose of my usual tablet.
So we'll see if the symptoms come back!
Blood results back at the end of the week hopefully. I hope there is some abnormality found so we know what we are dealing with.

Still no caffeine, citrus foods, alcohol or spicy foods .
