In memory

Today was a sad day saying goodbye to one of my relatives and wanted to leave a suitable image. I travelled with my sister to attend the funeral service and we were welcomed very warmly by members of our family we've not seen for some time. It was lovely to see his elderly mother (who turns 90 at the weekend) and his wife and grown up son and daughter and we've promised to try and meet again soon under better circumstances. It was very emotional and i feel pretty wrung out but i was pleased i went and reunited with some fantastic people.
Now a quick turn around and i'm off out for a meal to help unwind.
