A couple of old has-beens

Another family Birthday today .... rather more years under the belt than last week. We are feeling rather ragged as we have a teenager with severe anxiety which often makes itself felt at night. It's a sad problem with no easy resolution at present, hard emotionally for all of us.

However, for a birthday treat J & I are off to London to see Les Miserables tomorrow, a rare day out together for a couple of old has-beens!
