Thanksgiving 2.0

A huge thanksgiving fest at the Architecture for Humanity house (where Gerry works). Filled with lots of good food, drink and company.

I made Nitzan's amazing pumpkin chocolate chip loaf- which was a BIG success!

Recipe
wet ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
2 sticks of butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 can pumpkin puree

Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda

Mix wet ingredients then dry ones (separately). Then mix the two together and add:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips (don't skimp on these- ghirardelli's is best!)
