I found this guy on my walk back to the office from lunch- its common to see pigs, goats, chickens etc. scavenging through trash on the streets.

MINUSTAH peace keeping troops are sometimes called "goat stealers" because they have been known to mistake people's livestock as wild and hunt/steal them!
