Buddy Holly Rims

Yep, still in Lubbock. Paige's orientation at TX Tech lasts three days! argh! Tommy and I and our Mom have been trying to occupy our time here at Lubbock, but it's been tough. We found plenty of Buddy Holly memorials, this is the best Lubbock has. Not too shabby really; he's quite the rock star. We found a place called prairie dog town. My photos didn't come out that well. There is a small park set aside for these little dogs of the prairie. Tomorrow is just a half day in Lubbock and then we depart to Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
