A pink event

Another in my #leithwalkshops series. This, along with bridal shops, is one that I am extraordinarily unlikely to enter. In fact, I can safely say that I have never had my nails done, or had a facial, or any of these other "pampering activities" that apparently are rather popular these days.

To be honest, I just chose it because it brightened up a rather dull afternoon on my way back down Leith Walk, once I had decided to spend the afternoon working at home.

It was quiet at work today. I don't think I was supposed to be there, but I didn't cross a picket line, so that's ok. Unfortunately, I had things that I had to do which, if I had not done them, would have meant that others (probably those striking) would have suffered.
