It's raining, It's pouring

As a true brit I will complain about today's weather, it seems thats all im commenting on at the moment. Planned to walk into the village to register for doctors but as soon as I stepped out the house it started to pour with rain.

Took Mum's car and stuck on one of those rubbish CD's you get with newspapers. Am now obcessed with Blondies "Pretty Baby". More rain. Extortionate prices for smoked salmon at the local Budgens so made a day of it and went to ASDA. All very exciting stuff.

Strikes nationwide today, wish I had the courage to go to a march by myself but too wimpy so ate smoked salmon and Philly instead. Was there is spirit.
