W.O.W.
This means: Waiting on Weather. On April 11th, I explained the difference between sea and swell. Swell is caused by wind somewhere else. That's the situation we're dealing with right now. The windspeed dropped to 4 or 5 Beaufort, but the moderate to heavy swell from the north is not so quick in giving up. With the maximum capacity of fuel on board now, we're quite a wet ship as you can see on this picture. Too wet to discharge these empty containers anyway. Our A/B's would very soon get hurted or even get washed overboard trying to discharge them. A few empty containers are not worth taking any risk at all. Another strong argument not to do this is, that as soon as we let go the lashings of the containers, they would probably be discharged by themselves. Floating and uncontrolled. And therefore we are waiting, waiting on weather, WOW.
