Blip 100

Cooks on ships are a special breed. I told you before that the galley is the beating heart of the ship. It is always warm, there is always coffee and there is always a cook to talk to. Cooks are the secret agents on every ship, they usually possess more information and news than the captain and chief engineer together. Cooks love to see the crew eat. Preferably as much as possible. I asked our cook to make a small cake with a whip cream number 100 on it for the blip of today. When the coffee came up on the bridge at 10:00, there was enough cake for two complete and hungry football teams. The cake and whip cream were so high and top heavy that it slided down with the rolling of the ship. With only three man drinking coffee, there was surely enough cake for us. Only for nr.100 I didn't take the picture myself, so this is me dividing the cake for three men.
