On a Cold and Frosty Morning

I blipped a similar, and frankly much better, shot exactly a month ago. Not intentional! This shot has been intentionally darkened and contrast increased - but the time I'd got the shot I wanted (after rescuing the bird feeder which I forgot to detach from its anchor before opening the window very wide... Oops!) it was getting light too quickly!

The news was reporting floods on the River Earn, not very many miles west of here - we had a beautifully clear and bitterly cold night, and the first really heavy frost down here near the river. This is one reason why I love Dundee - the rain in Dundee falls mainly on other places!
