Cloudscape

Had a little walk at the Grassy Beach this afternoon - the wind was too cold for a big walk! After a pretty warm November - very warm comparatively - December has been very cold. The wind is still coming in strong from the west, but now it's cold. I had an alternative wide-angle shot, which shows a thick bank of rain cloud coming up the river - see here - but Jem and I liked the clouds in this one.

Forgot yesterday morning's other exciting event (other than the beautiful sky) - heard a fox yelping (such a disturbing noise) at 7.15, looked out the bedroom window and our local, very large, dog fox was right in the middle of our lawn. Wished I'd had my camera but the light was too low anyway!
