Lake gulls

I'm not sure if these are called seagulls or if they should be called lakegulls since we are no where near a sea. There was a lovely bunch of them sitting on some rocks just off shore.

Connor and I went for a little walk-about to find some birds for me to take pictures of this afternoon. I see a ton of hawks, eagles and magpies while I'm driving and I was hoping to catch one today with my camera. Alas it wasn't to be, although I did see a golden eagle as I was driving back home!
