Calorimetry

This is for my Secret Santa recipient at my knitting group. It's a bad photo but it's beautiful Manos yarn in lovely colours and it's a clever pattern too, lots of short row shaping to create a curved headband. It will be fastened at the back of the head by a little button.

I knitted this whilst watching The Addams Family movie with Chris and the children. It's a long time since I've seen it but I enjoyed it. The children struggled with some of the humour but loved the look and feel of it anyway. I love Wednesday and Pugsley and feel bound to say that they are a little like my two.....

Today I bought a large china owl for £5 in a junk shop. I've put it on the window ledge in the hall outside our bedroom. I wonder when Chris will notice it.
