Reasons to be cheerful...1

A couple of hours out on the bike this morning and hardly a soul around. First proper road outing since moving "Up Dale". At the summit of Malham Cove in an hour - awesome!

Returned home in time for Mr Pooey Bum to disgrace himself...again!

Hmm...off to go stomp up a hill with C - much needed sanity-restoring adventurising! :-)
