Day 3

1. At 8.30 I go for a run along the coast. Twice as fast as normal, lungs bursting, the wind at my heels.

2. One last seaham haaaawwwww breakfast - this time the works. Organic, meaty lovliness.

3. Some time to kill in Newcastle then back on the train. We have to pass Edinburgh before we loose the blue skies we've had all weekend only to be replaced by snow and dark, grey clouds.

4. I'm very lucky to have my mum, my mum who treats me and looks after me, who makes me laugh and who I want to spend time with and who wants to spend time with me. I'm very lucky indeed.

5. I'm looking forward to my next year. It really couldn't have started any better.
