Panettone anyone?
These look like they might make a good present.
Dead easy to make as long as you have the time to knead the dough (half an hour maybe?) use a yeasty, milky dough with some butter and sugar added and then once risen, add orange and lemon rind, sultanas and mixed peel. The key is fine dry flour and a warm place for the dough to rise. To get a shiny finish, place a pan of hot water in the oven half way through cooking and Roberto's your uncle!
