Bar Chord

I have really struggled with bar chords since I was introduced to them in June. I can now play some without too much trouble but ask me to change to an open chord and I am still struggling. The guitar keeps presenting new challenges and if I actually took the time out to practice enough I might actually learn how to play one day. At the moment though it is weekly lessons.
