First Snow Winter 2011

First snow overnight, I thought I could smell winter this last weekend.

It wasn't too bad on the roads, I assumed it'd be all gone by tea time so stopped in the bus lay-by coming down from Dick Hudsons and took this shot across to a farm house as I thought I ought to mark the 1st snow with my 1st snow blip.

Another gentle day at work - feels like the quiet before the storm - it should be busy at this time of year and then there's the Christmas/New Year rush to contend with. Still it's nice to not feel under too much time pressure.

I notice that admirer has her 365 blipday today so I'll sign off here now and write a Haiku to post on her blip to mark the occasion. (never done one of those before - may be some time)
