One for 'Grounded'
Honest, that's a C130 Hercules. This was taken on the A417 near Cirencester at 14:10 today. The C130 had just taken off from RAF Fairford heading in a Northerly direction and then turned 180 degrees to the West and continued, VERY low, South in a Swindon / Lyneham direction. I followed it through the whole manoeuvre and snapped it as it was crossing the A417.
I was on the way back from Reading, after attending a CMD (Case Management Discussion) at the employment tribunal courts. 2.5 years after the event and we are still fighting for our redundancy rights from Nortel Networks and Ernst & Young (the administrators). The CMD is convened to see if there is a case against Nortel and it was found there is. Hearings will be taking place April (test cases) May and June, so fingers crossed!
