Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I went over to Oare Marshes to see what was about. Lots of Lapwings and the Golden Plovers in this shot and gulls and some geese and, surprisingly, a lot of little John Deere carts - about the size of a golf buggy - with trailers. And the building at the end of the track, where the slipway comes up, was being decorated with old stuff and the little low walls around the garden were being decked with seaweed. There was a little notice to tell everyone that there is a film crew recording "Great Expectations" there and the road will be closed at some stage this week so I was lucky to get there today. And it was cold. Not that immediate "takes your breath away" cold but the much worse "slowly creeping up on you and working deep into your bones" cold.
