That which we call a rose.......
This is a tomato rose and I used to get paid, not very much at all, to make them. We used them to garnish first class and crew meals when I worked for Airport Catering Services preparing meals for flights to and from Ringway. Now I make them now and again to keep my fingers nimble.
In other news - that's Wednesday done and dusted and if that's not worth celebrating I don't know what is!
