The Eldest

This is Josie, my eldest girl. She's 20. This was taken in Claires where she was trying on the funky glasses.

She has a rare day off today. She works in a residential home that specialises in dementia care & has been there for just over 3 years now. She works long hours and enjoys her job. I'm so proud of her for doing it, not everyone could (I know I couldn't) and certainly not alot of people her age. SHe's recently passed her NVQ level 2 in care and is hoping to start her level 3 in the new year.

I think she's turned out alright :)
