Camouflage

I don't know quite what to make of this immediate area this winter. Next door, top floor, still using last year's nest with no sign of a refurb, are those damned Magpies! Hate them! The human does too, I can tell! She bought that bird table so that they wouldn't get in under its roof and they're too heavy for the feeder on the tree! Ha! Think she likes us though. She takes photos of us but she bangs on the window when the Maggies land!

Steady stream of incomers too, on every side, all tiny, all over-excited, all bowing and scraping to that robin that thinks it owns the place!

I'm sitting up here in camouflage,actually, waiting for my hubby to come back from stalking Mr Bigfat Pigeon, looks like a new business suit he's got on!.

Ah well! You just can't choose your neighbours, can you? Has anyone seen Woodie recently? Like him.
