Wind Chill

Well, the snow is disappearing thank goodness, albeit into the marshland that is our garden! And the weather forecasters agree that the temperature is 4 degrees .... or maybe 3! The car tells me it's only 2 degrees, however, and as I was blipping in New Monkland graveyard it was a temperature known in technical terms as 'bloody freezing!".

I am so grateful for the concept of the Wind Chill Factor in explaining these perceptions!
