Rudolph!

Met up for lunch, at out local garden centre , with some friends from my old French class. Haven't seen each other for ages so a lot to catch up .Had a really enjoyable time! Have arranged to meet once a month next year.

The garden centre had a wonderful Christmas display. Beautifully set out, all colour coordinated.Bought a couple of things for presents.

This was so unusual. Not sure who would buy one of these to hang on the wall, but he had a lovely face! (Not a real one!!)

Then went to pick up a tree. It usually takes me ages to choose one! They are either too tall, too small , too bushy, or too sparse at the top.
Anyway after about 20mins I finally decided on one.
The young man was very patient as he must have got about 10 or more out for me to look at!
He sawed an inch off the bottom so I can put it in water. It is now outside in a bucket and we will bring it in to the house begining of next week.
I know two girls who can't wait to trim it up!! Will blip that later!
