Canal window

Still mad busy, but finally on the home straight in terms of getting the job wrapped up and ready for print. Sorry everyone for the lack of comments recently, but time hasn't permitted much more than the occasional word while on work breaks.

Speaking of breaks, having begun work at 5.30 am I was well in need of both a break and a breath of air by mid morning. The weather was dull and offputting, so there was no point going to any of usual photographic haunts. It's at times like this that a trip in to town to got o the bank can sometimes bring blip rewards. I took one of my usual strolls down to the Grand Canal and walked between Mount Street and Baggot Street. That's when I spotted this flowerpot in a canalside window. Add watery reflections to the mix and it was all irresistible.

Coffee now, then back to work. Should be well on the way to completion by midnight.
