and a god to all sci-fi geeks - ray harryhausen! chris and i went along to the dominion in morningside this afternoon to see 'jason and the argonauts' for the thrill of seeing those skeletons on the big screen, and got an extra treat when the chap introducing the film also introduced ray harryhausen himself for a quick intro! 'mazing. he was doing a bit of a signing afterwards, which i got this quick snap at - not a great shot, but it seemed only right to put it up. we also saw orson welles' 'the trial' (based on the kafka novel) earlier today, bloody insane but brilliant too. photography tomorrow, just for a change, full report then...
