Blowing a gale out there!!!

I'm taking advantage of the power being back on...but god knows how long it will last.....we lost it around 11am and it just came back on, 2.40pm. But it often teases us with a couple of hours and then is off again!!!

Seems like whenever we get a really windy, rainy day here the power goes out....oh well, we're pretty used to it now, and with the woodstove to keep us warm, it's just a bit of a pain re cooking dinner.

Nothing much to report today....still sitting by the window in my office (this is the view!) reading...not a bad way to spend a crappy day weatherwise! i'm guessing i won't be getting out today for a walk either!!!
