Bev the music producer!!

Well it's that time of year when school becomes completely manic with Christmas 'stuff' which always sends the kids hyper. Add in gale force winds today and it's like trying to nail jelly to a door.

To cap it all I had a lesson observation today by my Headteacher. Fortunately it all went well and she said it was a very good lesson. Phew!!

Then there is the concert. We usually put on a musical play of some sort but this year decided that each class would do something about Christmas in another part of the world. This could include a story, a dance, a song or all 3!!

Supposedly this was going to save us time from rehearsals but I have to say that I think we won't be doing it again!

Spent ages today sorting out the backing music for all of the songs - including recording one on the piano. Then I had to edit some of them as they were too long (or had giggling at the beginning!!!)

Have finally managed to get them all into a format that could be burned to CD so fingers crossed it will work for the dress rehearsal tomorrow. Watch this space!
