Sinbad the sailor

We went on the U3A trip to the Georgian Theatre in Richmond (Yorkshire) for the opening night of Sinbad the Sailor. The audience was made up entirely of U3A groups from the north.

Sadly the theatre does not allow any photography (not even without flash and before the performance). Here are my lovely friends, G and M, enjoying at ice cream the The Station in Richmond. We went there for tea before the theatre. M decided they would have their pudding first. G had Christmas pudding ice cream. They always make the most of any situation.

The panto was great fun, especially when we all threw knitted bananas onto the stage to defeat the baddie!
