Keeping out the cold

Another bitterly cold day here, but the sun shone so it was pleasant to be in Hexham. I left my car at the garage while the snow tyres were fitted and did a bit of shopping.

In Fore Street I spotted this lady, all muffled up and enjoying her coffee. I took a couple of images before approaching her. I was sorry that she removed her head covering but I do like the laughter lines around her eyes. I think she has a kindly face, and we had a chat about the weather.
